To our Partners, Customers, Prospects, and Community Members:
I am reaching out to you regarding our exciting news that FSLogix is joining forces with Microsoft (http://blog.fslogix.com/fslogix-joins-microsoft).
When we launched FSLogix in 2012, our goal was to build software that helped customers reduce the amount of resources, time, and labor required to support virtual desktops. Our first two products, FSLogix Apps and FSLogix Profile Container, focused on addressing critical needs that have existed from the dawn of desktop virtualization. Our most recent product, Office 365 Container, was designed to enhance the Microsoft Office 365 experience in those virtual desktop environments. Joining the Microsoft team allows us to best fulfill that vision and commitment to our customers, partners, and community.
As we move forward with the integration process, our sales and support teams remain focused on making sure we continue to enable your success. Please continue to reach out to your sales and support contacts in the same way as you did in the past.
Who do I contact for support of FSLogix products?
There are no changes to the way we will support our customers and partners. For the foreseeable future, support for FSLogix products will be provided by the FSLogix support organization and through current processes and tools. If or when this process evolves, you will be provided with appropriate information on accessing technical support.
How will FSLogix products be sold and licensed moving forward?
The FSLogix sales team will continue to focus on FSLogix product sales and at this time there is no change to how customers license and purchase our products. Microsoft and FSLogix want to ensure our mutual customers get the value they seek from FSLogix’s products and will provide appropriate updates and notice prior to making any changes.
To our community of partners, and customers, we’re very thankful for the trust you placed in us. We believe this exciting change will allow us to stay on the forefront of delivering innovative virtual desktop solutions, and we’ll have more to share on that soon.
